About Us

Omer Engineering & Construction was founded in 1986. Originally an engineering firm, it was established in 1978 by engineers Ze'ev Salant and Israel Rosenblatt (both honors graduates of the Technion, Haifa). Today they are the controlling shareholders of the company.

Omer is registered with the registrar of contractors in the construction industry under unlimited classification, as a housing company and recognized contractor for government projects.

The company's growth in recent years stems from its high- quality construction and an expert and efficient staff, faithful to strict work schedules.

Since its inception, this combination of the best in human resources with the most advanced  technologies has brought Omer to impressive, country-wide achievements.

The company executes projects for its clientele in private and public sectors, including  turnkey projects, its own entrepreneurial projects and joint ventures.

In 1986, when Omer was established, it began to amass techniques and expertise in constructing a wide spectrum of  buildings and structures from cement and from steel as detailed below:

1. Residential buildings, private homes and high-rise apartment buildings.

2.  Residential, hotel-type buildings, such as assisted living facilities, senior citizens' homes and hotels.

3. Buildings with specific objectives such as parking lots and commercial centers built of cement and metal construction.

7. Industrial buildings and buildings for the food industries.

8. Public construction for local and public authorities.

9. Reconstructions and additions, as part of the Tel-Aviv Preservation Project.

10.  Wide- scale development projects, including infrastructure canals, sewers,         lighting gardens and paving.
